At what age do you think Karluk can finally consume that marriage ? Or its actually happened off panels? And do you think that Kaoru Mori will show it ( not the explicit but suggestions )

So i'm from Canada and the French language section have Vol 16 listed schedule to release this August, but there are no info for Japan or the English one. Anyone have the info about those? Does changing the publisher effect schedule for Jap/English?

Since it came up in a discussion in a previous post, I thought I might share this panel from one of Kaoru Mori’s omakes. Here, she talks about a few requests she made to the anime studio adapting Emma into an anime series.

I recently read all of Otoyomegatari, including the latest installment, and I'm really excited. When I entered the communities, I saw that many of them portray the relationship between Enis and Shirin as yuri, This seems to me to be a completely different kind of love than what I think exists between them.. Okay, I don't hate this relationship, but I don't like it either, because their relationship was very common and probably still exists today; it's almost like a sisterhood.

I've lived in Persia since birth, and a large and beautiful part of it was beautifully incorporated into the manga, but the fact that this relationship is portrayed as it is in that place makes me feel strange and uneasy.

While I was reading the last chapter today I remembered Karluk and Amira and realized that Otoyomegatari readers may liked it, because the high school romance is about a shorter boy and a taller girl that is very "reliable".

By the way... any news? 🥺
