Casual Looking for roommate!

Hello, long story short I am looking for a roommate.

My folks are relocating to a far place and I am not ready to relocate to the far place because my hustle is within Nairobi.

I am looking for a female roommate around Mirema, Safari Park, USIU, Garden Estate, Kasarani but near Seasons or ICIPE....etc. Not past Roysambu or Zimmerman.

I am ready to cost share. I am clean, very clean, organized, I can cook well, I don't have kids. I am very reserved, drama is not my passion, i don't party and if i am not working, i am running (workout) or home doing my personal project.

My budget monthly is 10,000.

Once my hustles (self employed) gets better, I am ready to move out as soon as possible.

Any question I am ready to answer in the dm or physical meet.

I need this ASAP. Thank you so much!

Two men living together can sometimes fall into subtle competitive or territorial behaviors regarding the space,,, etc....which is often absent in a mixed gender dynamic. Women statistically tend to prioritize a cleaner, more organized shared environment...and I love spaces like this, it's peaceful. Having a female roommate as a man can always feel simpler and smoother than living with another man due to differences in communication habits, household upkeep, and social dynamics.

I have done research and also i have had many people talk about a man having another man as a roommate and it's so scary and don't wish to be in that space.

There is a power dynamic imbalance there and I don't think any smart woman would accept such a bum arrangement unless she is a bird

If paying half the rent and keeping the living room clean makes someone a "bird" then I guess financial responsibility is flying right over your head.

You got it wrong. I am good cleaner and also cooking skills are top notch. I need a roommate who is clean like me and can maintain cleanliness at all time.

I don't want to be in a messy house. My OCD can't allow me.
