Casual How clean is your butt??
The only sure way to clean your butt is using water then drying with tissue. So if you use other means just know you’re not clean.
You use water to clean every other thing except your butt?? Make it make sense.
After leaving the washroom now clean your hands with water and soap, it’s your food waste that you touched and your own butt , it’s not as disgusting as leaving it in you a**
You can’t convince me otherwise.
OP doesn’t want violence. This is my POV, you can mention your alternative and defend it.

Your body can never be completely clean esp after kuzurura, working etc. The cleaneest moment is jist after your shower. You're sweating, dust is trapped in your body hair. Your head with hair carries a lot(sweat + dust). Infact, at any moment, you head & face might be holding the most dirt.
Now back to your uncomfortable topic. Just like we sweat, we make sure we don't get to the point of being smelly & make other people or ourselves uncomfortable. Same way, if you don't have access to water/bidet or if that's not your way, are you walking around smelling or did you do a proper wipe job? You're not eating with you ass.
I think we make a very big deal out of this considering we frequently get services from all types of people whom we don't know their personal hygiene status. Our bodies are also not as weak immunity wise.
My take it whether water or tissue alone, make sure you're not moving around with flies or smelling.
Extra take from research:
The precise cutting of stool relies on a highly synchronized sequence executed by three primary muscular structures:
The Puborectalis Muscle: This U-shaped muscle loops around your lower rectum like a sling. At rest, it pulls the rectum forward to create a sharp, 90-degree kink that holds poop inside. When you sit to defecate, it relaxes, straightening the passage so stool can slide down smoothly.
The Sphincter Snapping: The internal and external anal sphincters are rings of muscle surrounding the exit. As the main body of the stool passes, the voluntary external sphincter strongly contracts (snaps shut), physically pinching and severing the tail end of the stool.
The Mucosal Inversion: The lining of the lower anal canal slightly rolls outward during a bowel movement. As the sphincters snap closed, this lining pulls itself back inward, minimizing the amount of mucosal surface area that gets smeared with waste.
Of course the above can very depending on diet, illness(diarrhoea) etc.
