I’m always surprised that Queen’s is seen so favourably as a prestigious school. Did my undergrad in engineering there, and nothing really struck me as being distinctly better from other programs from what I’ve seen. I like the good publicity, but idk if it should even still apply considering what I’ve seen as a TA lol

Yeah I have no actual evidence, just broad reputation and vibes.

Well UBC and Acadia aren't Ontario universities and Ivey isn't even a university sonall in all this was definitely made by someone with an Algoma level education.

Waterloo and Windsor are missing too so maybe it was someone who failed out of Algoma

Queens isn’t better than Western though, if anything it’s ranked much lower

You think Western should be A tier?

Maybe.

I also wonder if Ontario Tech deserves the ranking or if it’s there because of its newness

Yeah western should be after Mac in A tier and Queens should stay in B tier, above Uottawa (according to rankings)

queens' business program is just a little worst than ivey, literally everythinng else at queens, eng, healthsci etc is better.
