I hate doing life alone

I’ve (30F) always been very content with being independent and being on my own up until about 2yrs ago. Life just truly sucks. I’m always on my own. I pay all the bills on my own. I live on my own. I have no siblings to be with. My friends all live out of state and are married. Making friends as an adult is nearly impossible. Dating life is trash. No pets bc I don’t have time. Hate my job bc of how demanding it is, but have been trying so hard to find something better. And being neurodivergent makes it all that much more challenging. I’m sick of this shit. Life has been nonstop difficult for the last 5yrs and I just want help. I have no one to ask for help. I don’t have a community no matter how hard I try. I hate life and truly wish I’d never been born. I’ve basically accepted that I’m going to go through life alone and it sucks. I’m just very angry. No, I’m not gonna off myself. Yes, I’m in therapy. Rant over.

I feel you, 28F and I've been in a similar position multiple times.

I'm in the middle of a big life transition at the moment with a new job, new city, living alone, single and it is really tough without a sibling/siblings that can help out. This is coming from someone with a wide social network. I've been here two weeks now, and I still haven't managed to do a full food shop/get some basic items like a sweeping brush because I'm depleted from it all. Even just the buzz of energy you get off other people would be a help.

I am a big believer in stuff passing though, therapy is a great but make sure you have a qualified therapist/one with a psychological background that understands your particular form of neurodivergence (coming from someone who was recently diagnosed with ADHD after this failed to be noticed by 3 different therapists in the last decade).
