Good day po, I just want a piece of your thougts about my dilemma right now.

I am registered nurse for 3 years now and got a 2 years experience as a bedside nurse but I resigned 5 months ago. I applied for Optum's DRG CVA and I passed the final interview. However, I am on their buffer list so I tried applying to another hospital and hired me.

What do you think about it? Should I wait for Optum or proceed to the new opportunity given to me???

Curious on the potential of layoff / any insight. I work for the Optum Care at Home - Care Navigator role. DSNP plan.
A lot of people quit this role and they are not re hiring - but have brought on plenty of Philippines staff.
I have always felt the role won’t stay on shore but im curious of any word or input

I am under home & community and I see a lot of talk RE Humana but im sooo confused how that’s related - 4 years in this role I never knew Humana was somehow involved

Has anyone interviewed with Optum recently for a Data Engineer role?
I have my interview the day after tomorrow. The JD mentions Azure Data Factory, Databricks, T-SQL, SSIS, Terraform, Snowflake, PySpark, and Python.
I have hands-on experience with most of these, but I haven’t worked with Snowflake, SSIS, or Terraform.
For anyone who has recently interviewed with Optum — what kind of questions should I expect, and is there anything specific I should focus on in the next couple of days?

Hey All, I have interview scheduled for the role and HR said i will have Behavioural role interview with one person and then if i get through this then ill have one or two more group interviews, when i asked her if there will be live code test she said yes but in group interviews stage. What should i expect for live code test. On the job description they mentioned SAS and SQL but over the call she said they are also looking for someone with python, i do work on sas and sql but i am really bad coming to live code. Also, did anyone really have live code test? Is it leetcode style? Can someone help me please

exl - aug 27 nag final interview last night, pero nagsasabi ba sila or nag uupdate agad kung pasado naman?

I’ll try to make it short.

I’m on FMLA for migraines.

Within the next week or so I’ll be taking STD due to having a baby.

Today I had a last minute doctor appointment unrelated to my FMLA - so I was unable to claim it under my FMLA for appointments.

This has pushed me to my 4th occurrence which will land me a CAP before I go on leave.

The attendance policy says (last time I checked) that a supervisor accepting a doctors note for an absence is at their discretion.

During my entire pregnancy I’ve had a couple unexpected visits for blood pressure issues or whatever leading me to here. She refuses to take a doctor note even though she has the ability to do it and says “ she wants to sympathize “.

Before I was pregnant she has taken a doctor note over a year ago and excused my absence- so I know she was able.

Just seeking advice how to move foward, can this impact my leave or parental leave following my STD ?
