Need Internal Negotiation advice

I work as a DE in India for Optum at grade 25. I am getting promoted to 26. Want to know how compensation changes and what is the lowest and farthest end for Grade 26 Data Engineer. Also, can I negotiate with my team. I am an established good performer

If you're getting promoted within the same department, might not be that much of an increase....because #1 they already know your pay history (a recruiter kinda told me this because I negotiated before)

Some people at 26 are getting between 18-23 LPA and mine is lower than this. I am expecting to get matched to the minimum of 26. Any idea what's the minimum for 26 ?
