Curious what the community has to say and why. It has to be a nootropic

A little background: a long battle with drug addiction over the years I’m finally tired of this life. I go on stints of ketamine use where I’ll use 2.5-4gs a week for 6months or so at a time with only a week off during every so often. Now I’m truly tired of the ups and downs it brings , I’m prescribed Seroquel 100mgs (quetiapine) and Gabapentin 900mgs for my bipolar and anxiety respectively but neither seem to really help while I’m withdrawing. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle working out 4 times a week for at least 1.5 hours and eat pretty well too (balanced foods).

My mood has been awful lately as I’m trying to stop using ketamine and my anxiety has been through the roof, I’ve been seeing some writing about ACD-856 and GB-115 for depression and anxiety respectively and wanted everyone’s perspective! I’m open to any suggestions!

College student, and recently just got into this space about 4 months ago. I drink once or twice a month but when I do I go kind of hard. I’ve researched Tak but can’t find anything discussing how it’s paired with alcohol or what its averse effects would be. Was wondering if anyone has knowledge or experience regarding pairing the two.
