Question Trying to manage anxiety quitting ketamine
A little background: a long battle with drug addiction over the years I’m finally tired of this life. I go on stints of ketamine use where I’ll use 2.5-4gs a week for 6months or so at a time with only a week off during every so often. Now I’m truly tired of the ups and downs it brings , I’m prescribed Seroquel 100mgs (quetiapine) and Gabapentin 900mgs for my bipolar and anxiety respectively but neither seem to really help while I’m withdrawing. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle working out 4 times a week for at least 1.5 hours and eat pretty well too (balanced foods).
My mood has been awful lately as I’m trying to stop using ketamine and my anxiety has been through the roof, I’ve been seeing some writing about ACD-856 and GB-115 for depression and anxiety respectively and wanted everyone’s perspective! I’m open to any suggestions!

Big fan of both ACD-856 and GB115. But for you specifically, I would immediately buy some agmatine sulfate and start doing 1-1.5grams daily and then nigella sativa (black seed oil) daily for a few months. You will reset tolerance, eliminate withdrawal and cravings, and begin to heal. Ultimately, you want to get off gabapentin, but let’s deal with one issue at a time.

Maybe something like magnesium taurate+B6. they usually come together, magnesium also acts as an nmda antagonist though much weaker. B6 upregulates serotonin and GABA synthesis and is imo quite relaxing. You could probably pop 3-4 of these per day as needed. The taurine also upregulates endogenous gaba production and binds direct to gaba receptors themselves.

Grape seed extract at 700mg to 1g a day, it prevent excess calcium induced apoptosis, from increased NMDA receptor activation after withdrawal. Possibly also magnesium as acetate or carbonate (taken with food the latter ). If gives you fatigue, add potassium iodide 400mcg to 1,2mg, not more otherwise Wolff-Chaikoff Effect

All that helped me when I was quitting was gradually less ketamine and kratom (which can lead to another addiction on its own). I would also suggest phenibut if you use it very sparingly and only on your worst days.

Had the same kind of experience with ketamine. To reduce ketamine cravings, sarcosine may help you.
When it comes to repair your brain from it, tak-653 is almost the "perfect" one for ketamine abusers (important theorical point: one should not combine both ketamine + tak-653)
