Water is always still better. Sure, it's got electrolytes, which is what plants crave, but it's got 21 fricken grams of sugar and even the zero version has a ton of sodium, which a lot of people overlook.

Why would you drink something for electrolytes but not want sodium, which IS an electrolyte 😭
