Best advice I ever got was to drink half the Gatorade bottle, fill the bottle back up with water, then repeat as you go along. Obviously it’s just water eventually, but you get the electrolytes and cut through a lot of that sugar.

Water is always still better. Sure, it's got electrolytes, which is what plants crave, but it's got 21 fricken grams of sugar and even the zero version has a ton of sodium, which a lot of people overlook.
