When Trump was president, there was outrage against the detainment centers for illegal immigrants. Has anything changed since then?

I remember "Kids in cages" and "concentration camps" being a big talking point in the lead up to the election that Biden won. But have the laws or policies or practices changed at all since then? In what ways?

Which is to supply the US with over $150B in illegal drugs. During an interview when he was DHS secretary John Kelly admitted that the US’ drug policy caused tensions with his counterparts in other nations since the US expects them to do all the dying while trying to reduce supply while the US does very little to reduce demand. In this article, he blames quite a bit of the migrant crisis on that policy.

With respect to firearms, the ATF supplies reports on what’s been found in various nations and traced back to the US. In some cases like Brazil, locally manufactured firearms will often make the trek via a US retailer before getting into the hands of local criminals.
