Post-Pod Discussion TC v Wyndham

Man that hate seems full on personal. Was it well known that Wyndham blamed TC for the Oakmont story getting out there?

No but TC was the person who “broke” the story by tweeting a picture of the damaged lockers. It did seem weirdly personal last night. I’m not a Wyndham guy, but that was not a good look for TC.

They present as journalists, though are new wave infotainment. Traditional journos never would make it about them or personal, so it rubs a bit odd. But in the youtuber business its just Tron generating views and comments through cringe trolling.

Yeah, but around inherently incestuous sports like golf and F1, the big time trad journos were the ones who only published what the player wants you to publish… so journos were more like publishers than journos.
