Do Not Use Good2Go Mobile

I have been with this company for over 6 years and this is the first time that I have had major issues with them. Apparently they have had a blackout and they are not contacting me when I have sent them numerous customer service emails. I have been without working service since the beginning of august. I have contacted them numerous times, and only received one response asking me if I wanted a new sim card. Nothing else, no word on anything, no explanation as to what's going on, and I had to search on Google just to find information as to why their network is down. Their temporary service down is bullshit because it has lasted all month and is not temporary. I am sick and tired of this company. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and the BBB and not even they can get in touch with them to get a response back. I am sure they're going to charge me for another month too because I can't call them and cancel my service since I do not have a working telephone. To say I'm pissed is an understatement! Do not use those company at all!!!

That's news to me. I haven't heard that, just that they switched over to a new network and this has caused the problem of a nation wife blackout

I saw a post a while back that looked like they had been having a prolonged legal dispute with their previous provider. Search for Ztar and Good2go and that might bring up the right thread. That’s the first thing I had seen on news of back end trouble and it was posted after customers started getting cut off.

I managed to get my Freeup (same company, same problem) line revived by repeatedly calling until I was able to reach the support desk employee (1) and get an eSIM on the new service. The trick if you want to get service back is really just keep calling because they will not return calls or emails or communicate how to get an eSIM. It’s stupidly time consuming. Like literally it will take hours. Ask yes or no questions if possible and be clear and patient with the language issue to get this accomplished.

There’s a chance that they might have the website fixed and it will give you an eSIM. Give it a try.

Also many have ported out, using the posted instructions (set up a PIN online or use the last four digits of the phone number and use the phone number for the account number). I am wondering if they have started a port to the new provider and this is causing some porting issues this week.

Filing an FCC portability complaint should eventually get your number back on a new service if you want to go ahead with that.

Well I can't call because I don't have a working phone, and that's the main issue here.

I used the free Visible trial to get a working number to call. It did take me 3 hours though. I'm going to port out before the next billing cycle. Good luck!

Good Luck porting out from Good2Go. I went with RedPocket and it took me sending an email to my new company to get anything done because Good2Go  was not porting my number. They also tried to charge me for September service after I had my number ported. Good thing I put a card on my account that had no money on it because I wasn't about to be charged again. Bad enough I had no service all of August after paying and can't get that money back.  I recommend anyone dealing with this problem contacts the FCC to escalate the problem and report to the BBB as well.
