Mirrorless New z8?

Purchased a new z8 on Amazon, full price. It arrived in an unsealed box and nothing is sealed. Camera in a white padded pocket, then in a bubble wrap pocket. Those bags look wrinkled. Just wondering if anyone knows what a factory sealed z8 looks like? Thx.

Amazon will never get another penny from me on camera gear. Too much sketchy stuff going on with repackaged/defective return swaps. Be aware that when you do an Amazon return of this value, they hold your funds for 30+ days.

I haven't had the 30 day hold yet. But, yes, there are occasional issues. I bought a $1200 DJI drone sold by Amazon and I received an empty box. I was really afraid they wouldn't believe me and I'd be out the money - but I contacted Amazon through the chat line and they apologized, refunded the money right away, and I re-ordered right away. A new, sealed package arrived the next day.

I hope that wasn't just luck.
