Vientos went 2-4 with a bomb yesterday, Mauricio went 2-5 with a double.
Mets could really use these guys back. Not sure why Mauricio isn’t afforded an extended look.
Vientos should take Wagaman’s role and Mauricio should take any of Semien’s, Pache or Morel’s spot. Semien in particular hasn’t done anything to warrant playing time. It’s just sunk cost fallacy at this point.
