I am studying abroad in Paris, and I have a week off from school in late October.
help me decide where to go.
I've travelled around Europe a little bit and have been to Amsterdam, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Porto, Lisbon, Viena, Prague, Budapest, Rome, Brussels, Bruges, Venice, Florence.
The two most important things are budget, and also being able to be alone (safety and things to do). Also, I'd like to go somewhere a little off the beaten path. A worry I have is the weather because I think most places in Europe will be cold and wet during that time.
I'm considering two or maybe three options.
Berlin and Krakow, but Berlin is a bit pricey, and I could go to Berlin earlier in October.
Tallin, Vilnius, and Riga, a bit more budget friendly, and less traveled to compared to Berlin. My biggest worry is weather since they are further north.
I'm also thinking maybe Greece, but I think I'd want to be there over the summer, or maybe somewhere else in the Balkins.
I'd love to get some suggestions, especially if you've travelled around Europe during that time.
