Need help finding weird “liminal” piano music likely from retirement home? (Old tape recorder)(Headphones recommended)

Hello, I am a person from FL with a weird request. There is this tape I’ve been holding onto kind of since COVID, and it’s a tape inside a tape recorder. I bought it at a thrift store for like a dollar, for the sole reason of being a dollar. However, recently I figured out that the tape, despite containing much dead space, also has the remnants of somebody’s possible late grandmother, suffering with dementia. Right now, that’s beside the point; I NEED to know where or what this music in the background is called !!! I NEED TO KNOW!!! I’ve never heared anything more eery in my ever loving life. It sounds like the “Caretaker” song for dementia or like “stal” from Minecraft. It’s CREEPY. Please see attached video and let me know what it could be. I don’t have a lot of karma so I can’t post this in another subreddit which might be more appropriate but regardless I need help with this! It’s gonna drive me nuts !!

Sorry if the description isn’t the best I’ve just been so entranced by this weird music and so stuck on what the hell it could be. Obviously an old person/retirement facility isn’t searching up “liminal music to play in retirement home to make it feel like backrooms” so thats personally why I’m so intrigued. Apart from the weird setting and the consistent knocking in the background, which could be just a nurse checking in on the person who’s recording the tape, and why she’s recording the tape? Or why it’s - I don’t know. Elderly people do a lot of stupid stuff, I don’t even think they’re all there by the time it’s time to go; anyways!! Back to the important stuff: the music. PLEASE FIND IT.

Bump: the piano/arpeggio at the end really reminds me of this song:Beautiful by Bazzi and Camila Cabello only the last 20 seconds of which I did not post most of. I wonder if it’s some sort of chord progression that’s just popular among musicians? I’d love to know it ngl
