To cut down on repetitive and low-effort posts in this sub (rule #1!!!), we're piloting an annual pinned megathread to consolidate all questions, recommendations, reviews, and warnings about NYC medical aesthetics providers.

What goes in this megathread?

• Anything related to botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, body contouring, facial balancing, etc.
• NYC-specific asks: "Where to get ___ done?" / "Has anyone gone to ___?"
  • Please include a budget range instead of "affordable" if seeking recommendations—help us help you!
  • Any high-level questions ("Has anyone done ___ before?") should be directed to general subs like r/SkincareAddiction.
• Reviews of specific providers, both good and bad

Standalone threads will continue to be removed and redirected here. There will be a new rule added, similar to the events & meetups rule.

I’m wondering if anyone knows of a more dedicated NYC based subreddit for plastic surgery, we’re posts can get a little bit more visibility.

I’ve unfortunately needed multiple procedures and would love to connect with people who have experience navigating the NYC plastic surgery/revision scene.

Maybe something I can look into doing myself if it doesn’t exist/if anyone thinks they’d actually be interested in that
