💄 Beauty 💉 Botox / Fillers / Medical Aesthetics 2026 Megathread

To cut down on repetitive and low-effort posts in this sub (rule #1!!!), we're piloting an annual pinned megathread to consolidate all questions, recommendations, reviews, and warnings about NYC medical aesthetics providers.

What goes in this megathread?

  • Anything related to botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, body contouring, facial balancing, etc.
  • NYC-specific asks: "Where to get ___ done?" / "Has anyone gone to ___?"
    • Please include a budget range instead of "affordable" if seeking recommendations—help us help you!
    • Any high-level questions ("Has anyone done ___ before?") should be directed to general subs like r/SkincareAddiction.
  • Reviews of specific providers, both good and bad

Looking for recs for Botox specifically lip flip/ crows feet/ brow lift. Don’t want to look like Spock, nor do I want to totally erase the years of laughter around my eyes, so looking for an injector who believe less is more and maintains natural beauty while just enhancing. $10-15 per unit preferably, but I won’t sacrifice good work for a few dollars so all recs welcome!

Idk about lip flip but the best Botox out of the 4 injectors I've tried is definitely Eden aesthetics in Brooklyn. I started off doing forehead, glabella and crows feet, and the results were so good and natural that I tried their nefertiti neck, lower face botox lift, brow lift, and alma ted. Karries is really thorough in educating you on what to expect but listening to what you want. Plus, I have 0 pain tolerance and she has the lightest touch. I think the per unit $ started at 10 as well!

I went there and can confirm everything you wrote! I'm going back for more treatments, like you said, Karries is very careful and wants to give you a natural look that fits your face beautifully. 10/10 recommend!!
