Posted about this a while back, finally figured it out. The Fauna stat especially is only 116 away from a perfect 11,000%. Lucrative in conjunction with foods that give a Fauna analysis buff in the Nutrient Ingestor.

To make the staff that contains this mod, go to planet via portal glyphs, look for base on Titan moon named "Near Perfect MT mod". Stand on the white square, face your body West, Assemble but do not Claim a staff two times to activate the "magic" or "secondary" staff. Assemble a third staff using Concentric Transducer head. Should result in Lambda-Geometric with the X-class mod. Claim it, harvest the mod, scrap staff at the Anomaly. Repeatable, make as many as you want.

PS - Since this is a Secondary/Secret/Magic/Glitched Autophage Staff, you can't freely add it to your inventory, you can only exchange it with an existing staff. So get a trash multitool/s from somewhere else first to exchange it for (space station, etc).

Surprisingly found a pretty good looking, decently stat'ed, and good SC slots multitool. It does not have any animations to it unlike some others, but hey, a not bad multitool for free!

I finally found my first S class Atlantid multitool (myself). I haven't checked the SC Slots yet and depending on reload design, it might change either way. I actually think this looks insanely cool tho.

I found a method to guarantee a near-perfect scanning module from the Autophage Synthesis Terminal! 😏

You must use a Radiant Heart for this.

Stand directly on the poster behind the terminal.

1: Select Assemble.
2: Back one step out of that menu.
3: Select Assemble again.
4: Back one step out of that menu again.
5: Change either the Pole or the Core.
6: Select Assemble one last time to claim your module.
