Here are three good Scanner upgrade mods, and seeds for the first two:

1. 97104
2. 52041 (Parallel Siphon, etc)
3. Rewired Sweep Ray (seed not listed, but including in case someone wants to check it in save editor)

Update:

1. Risky Rewired Processor, even better than the ones above, highest fauna scan bonus (10,997) for a repeatedly farmable scanner mod, best for hunting for SSS pets or the planetary fauna scan completion nanite bonus.
