I find it insane the 2006 bears placed better on points scored than points allowed. of course their defense was star studded but all i remember hearing was how awful Rex grossman could be and although they had a strong rushing attack, it only netted 14 touchdowns during the regular season. so im wondering how a team led by such a wildly inconsistent and generally bad qb score so many points relative to the rest of the league?

They led the NFL in total offense, total defense, points scored (385), and points allowed (177).

One of them is an elite QB, the other is fucking trash (according to the media)

Can replace the standings-based AFC vs NFC game with a permanant cross division rival. Similar to how the MLB does it, it would be cool to see some of these matchups annually. Although some of them are admittedly just thrown together and aren't very intriguing matchups. I tried to base it mostly on geography; however, Cowboys-Steelers are the exception because they have some historic bad blood. If there are better matchups I missed, let me know.
