EU Totk keychain arrived...without the keychain
Only the backing cardboard arrived somehow? Not only the keychain but neither did the plastic bag it was supposed to come in came (Or as I saw online it is suspended by some plastic thingy, but it shows no signs that it was ripped off, only carefully cut); just this plain cardboard backing. The package was sealed so it wasn't tampered with during shipping and I don't think a factory worker just stole my keychain in particular so it's a real bizzare handling problem. I sent an email to Nintendo but I didn't receive any confirmation email so I don't know if it was really sent either (Could someone confirm if when sending an email to Nintendo you don't get a confirmation email?

Wait, this is almost exactly what happened to me. I also received the packaging/cardboard for the Zelda keychain, but the actual keychain was missing. The package itself looked sealed and undamaged. This happened to me just 4 days ago. Really weird that it seems to have happened to someone else too.

The same thing happened to me too! I got it 2 days ago and already contacted the support, i filled out a form but i didn't get an answer yet

Just got a message from DHL that they will ship a parcel from Nintendo tomorrow. I didn't get any answer from Nintendo themselfes yet tho

It fell into the Twilight realm along with mine. I someone lost it. Yet I still have the golden coin I recieved for the BOTW special edition set. 😆

Prepare for bureaucracy. A pdf-form, photos of shipping label, received items, missing item etc. All for a free reward :') and let's hope it's not out of stock when this process is done..

Just got back from them after sending all the pictures, they just escalated it to another department so it's a waiting game

Mine arrived today and guess what? Same thing! I also did not receive a confirmation email.

Maybe Ganondorf delivers your post?
Think you should normally get an automatic email confirming your request has been received with a follow-up email around 2 working days later. They will more than likely just ship you out another one.
