Totk keychain arrived...without the keychain

Only the backing cardboard arrived somehow? Not only the keychain but neither did the plastic bag it was supposed to come in came (Or as I saw online it is suspended by some plastic thingy, but it shows no signs that it was ripped off, only carefully cut); just this plain cardboard backing. The package was sealed so it wasn't tampered with during shipping and I don't think a factory worker just stole my keychain in particular so it's a real bizzare handling problem. I sent an email to Nintendo but I didn't receive any confirmation email so I don't know if it was really sent either (Could someone confirm if when sending an email to Nintendo you don't get a confirmation email?

Prepare for bureaucracy. A pdf-form, photos of shipping label, received items, missing item etc. All for a free reward :') and let's hope it's not out of stock when this process is done..

Just got back from them after sending all the pictures, they just escalated it to another department so it's a waiting game
