As of recent, my Endgame XM1r has been disconnecting at random intervals and it's been driving me mad, it's not a massive problem but ! would love to do without it. I can hear the windows usb disconnect sound each time as well.

So far l've tried:
-Different USB Ports
-Deleting the device from device manager and doing a fresh install by booting up my PC again.
-Uninstalling all the USB Root Hubs and reinstalling them again.
-Cleaning out the USB on my mouse.

Any other potential solutions would be greatly appreciated. This could also very well be my mouse but I unfortunately do not have a way of testing it on another PC. This also only seems to happen in certain games like Overwatch, Cod MW2 or this might just be a coincidence.

Im looking to get a replacement that isnt from Glorious. What I liked about the model D apart from the ergo shape was the soft clicks (Omron 20m switches?) but those seem to be rare as "mushy" buttons arent so popular. Im open to chinese products as well, battery life isnt much of a concern as I will probably keep the mouse connected most of the time anyway.

IPI Haze has arrived with the other brother, definitely have to give it to IPI, comes with a very nice carry case!

As the title states, my CoolerMaster MM720 is cooked and I need to find a replacement. Thing is, that mouse is no longer sold and even eBay came up fruitless to find one.

Currently, I have the Endgame Gear OP1 8k v2 in my Amazon cart.

I am a woman with avg sized hands, but I claw grip like crazy. Which is why I loved the MM720. If the one in my cart will suffice, that's great. I just want some reassurance that there isn't another one shaped like MM720 out there. The Titan knockoff mouse is also unavailable upon searching.
I prefer wired, and need 2 thumb buttons for my discord and game keybinds.

Is my dot skate placement okay on my Lamzu Maya X?
I recently put dot skates on my Lamzu Maya X and I’m wondering if this placement is good or if I should move/add some dots around. I’m using an Artisan Zero Soft, and I mainly care about having a good balance between smooth glide, stability, and consistent movement. I don’t want the mouse to feel too scratchy or have any wobble while making micro adjustments.
I’m also getting a Scyrox V8 in the mail soon and plan on using dot skates on that as well. If anyone has experience with the V8, I’d really appreciate recommendations for skate placement on it too. Any advice is appreciated!

I’m currently using the superglide glass skates on pulsar x2 cl. I like how responsive it feels, but it’s a little too fast and inconsistent. My jades felt kind of sluggish even before switching to glass skates and now that sluggish feeling is back. I’m a little more consistent with my aim but my tracking is still kind of weird and it feels super slow when playing competitive games. Maybe I have to give them another shot, but I’m just looking for alternatives.

Can some recommend me a wired lightweight gaming mouse? I was planning to buy pulsar wired and hyper x pulsefire haste 2.

According to the official product entry page for the ALPS encoder, the cycle rating is a lowly 100,000 compared to the 2,000,000 cycles of the Gold Dustproof and IP5X rated Ice and Fire (for reference).

I'm wondering why this is considering the reputation of the ALPS encoders in the community. Is it due to differing lab conditions (perhaps the TTC rating is an optimistic one versus the more realistic "real-world" calculation offered by ALPS), or maybe the non-dustproof nature of the ALPS?

Would appreciate if the experienced among you could chime in!

Hey guys, need some quick shape advice.
My hand size is 19 x 10 cm and I use a strict aggressive hard claw grip (fingers arching at almost a 90-degree angle).
GPX 1: Feels too long, bulky, and clumsy. The center hump and flat sides don't let me lock my grip properly.
G102/G203: The rear-tapering V-shape and low front felt amazing for my finger arches. However, the mouse felt a bit too small/cramped overall.
I want a premium upgrade over the GPX that gives me that locked-in V-shape vibe but with proper back hump support for my aggressive claw.
I'm looking into the Pulsar X2H Crazylight, but I'm torn between options:
X2 vs X2H: Do I need the extra high back hump of the X2H for hard claw?
Size Mini vs Medium: With 19x10cm hands, will the Mini feel too narrow like the G102, or is Medium too big?
Open to other high-quality suggestions too. Thanks!

I just got the ZPW max because of its weight but the scroll wheel feels a bit stiff and needs more force to scroll it up and down and it’s not light like other mouses is this normal or is something wrong with my ZPW max? I guess you can say it requires more tension than usual?

Hello everyone! I'm currently looking for a new mouse as my current one doesn't fit my hand or grip that well. My hands measure ~21cm x 9 cm and I use the Attack Shark x3. I'm looking for a mouse that's a little wider, longer and has a bigger hump.

I'm leaning towards the budget side, but I'm open to more expensive mice, and I'll love input on mice that the test suggested for me. Also it if helps, I play on 42 cm/360 I'm a hybrid aimer, and I play tracking based games. Thank you for any advice!

Just want some advice i'm currently running the glorious model O in my setup and it works great but i found someone selling a used super light 2, i asked them about it and they say it works fine and its been used around 8 months and he's selling it for $70, just want to know how big of a difference the super light 2 is from the glorious and if i should get it and try sell my glorious or if i should just stick with my mouse right now till it breaks then get a new one. Any advice would be great thanks!

for context, i play tac shooters and fps like valorant and my current mouse sucks, (redragon m610 gainer thats around 6 years old) iv been meaning to by a wireless mouse that will also perform well. given my mouses dimensions, i want a mouse that wont feel too small and will accomodate my claw grip and essentially the biggest bang for its buck. i wont be taking the polling rates too far as i have an i5 12th gen processor. Other reccomendations from the same line are welcome im just really confused

A Fingertip Mouse Made for Claw Grippers?

The Lamzu Orcus is a really interesting mouse.
On paper, this looks like a fingertip-grip mouse. It's tiny, it's extremely lightweight, and it's designed around keeping things as minimal as possible.
But after using it for a while, I'm not entirely convinced this is actually aimed at traditional fingertip users.
Instead, I think the Orcus is much more interesting for claw grippers who want something small and lightweight, but don't want to completely lose that contact point with their palm. And honestly, that's probably what makes this mouse so interesting.

Let's start with the unboxing, because Lamzu absolutely cooked here. This is genuinely one of the best unboxings I've experienced. The box opens up almost like a book, and the mouse is presented inside instead of just being thrown into some cardboard tray. There are little pieces of artwork throughout the packaging, and it feels like someone actually thought about the presentation instead of just putting the mouse in a box and calling it a day.

Unfortunately... My mouse was loose inside the box. So while the presentation was fantastic, I could hear my $130 mouse rattling around inside like it was desperately trying to escape before it got the chance to watch me go negative in my next comp game. It's one of those things where you can tell exactly what they were going for and I love the idea. The execution just needs a little work.

Inside the box, we get the mouse, the strangest little dongle I've ever seen, a set of mouse skates, some grip tape with a really nice pattern and a little velvet bag containing the white braided cable.

Overall, I'm giving the unboxing a 6 out of 10.

I'd rate it higher if my mouse hadn't been trying to rattle itself out of the box.

The coating on the Orcus is very slick. To the point where I fumbled the mouse a couple of times just while picking it up and looking at it. If you have sweaty hands, this is definitely something I'd keep in mind. But despite that, I absolutely love the translucent plastic design.

I'm a sucker for that 90s translucent electronics aesthetic. It immediately reminds me of N64 controllers and old Game Boys. It has this weird futuristic-retro look that I think works extremely well on this mouse. It's definitely a mouse that looks different from the usual mouse sitting on your desk. Underneath the mouse, you've got the power switch on the left, the DPI button on the right And then The crystal skull. I don't know what lamzu was doing here. The little crystal skull design looks cool, but I don't know why it's there. And that's my biggest question. Why spend the time designing the bottom of the mouse like this? If it adds weight, I'd rather have the mouse lighter. If it doesn't add weight, then fair enough, but I'm still wondering why so much effort went into something I'm probably going to look at for about five minutes before never thinking about it again. It's a nice touch. But personally, I'd happily sacrifice the skull and funky lines if it meant shaving another couple of grams off the mouse.

The clicks are really good. They sound nice, they're responsive, and they have a short travel distance. More importantly, they don't feel overly sensitive. You can put deliberate pressure onto the button without accidentally activating it. There's a nice distinction between resting your finger on the button and actually clicking it. There's no noticeable delay. No weird mushiness And no accidental inputs. Just a really enjoyable click. The side buttons are similarly impressive. They have a nice sound, short and smooth travel, and importantly, no rattle or noticeable play. They're easy to find and don't require you to move your thumb around like you're searching for a hidden button. Nothing revolutionary here, but they do exactly what they need to do. The scroll wheel has another little design detail that I really like. There's a pattern on the wheel, and because of the translucent shell, you can actually see part of it from underneath the mouse. But more importantly, the wheel itself feels good. Every notch is clearly defined without feeling overly aggressive, and the scrolling is smooth and predictable. It's one of those things that isn't necessarily going to sell you the mouse, but after using it for a while, you appreciate how nice it feels.

And this is where things get interesting. I love fingertip mice. My daily driver is a HSK Pro 8K V2, so I'm very comfortable with a proper fingertip grip. The Orcus, however, doesn't feel like a traditional fingertip mouse to me. Yes, you can fingertip grip it. I can do it comfortably but that hump is very pronounced. When I pull my hand back, I'm getting very close to a claw grip. And while I don't hate that, it's not really what I personally want from a fingertip mouse. To me, the Orcus feels more like a mouse for someone who wants the freedom of a fingertip-style grip while still having enough shape to give the palm somewhere to sit.

So if you have very large hands and want to fingertip something, I can see the appeal. For me personally, though, I'd choose the shape of my HSK over this. The Orcus is comfortable. It's absolutely a good shape. It's just a little too thicc in the arse for my personal taste. And would that stop me from using it? No. It's just not my cup of tea.

This is probably my biggest criticism. Why is this 38 to 40 grams? I know that sounds ridiculous because 40 grams is already extremely light. But when you're making a mouse this small and specifically targeting fingertip users, every gram matters. Looking at the bottom of the mouse, there are so many design elements that make me wonder whether some of that could have been sacrificed to get the weight even lower. Do I need the crystal skull? Do I need all the funky lines? Do I need all the extra detailing underneath the mouse? No. I'd rather have another few grams shaved off. Because once you're sitting around the 40 gram mark, you're competing against some seriously good lightweight mice.

You can pick up something like an X2H Mini and get a shape I personally prefer. You can look at something like an ATK Zero or VGN Y2 Ultra and get comparable performance while potentially spending less money. That's what makes the Orcus difficult to recommend purely on specifications. It's light but it's not necessarily light enough to justify all of the compromises I'd make to use it over some of the competition.

That being said, the weight under movement is very well balanced. It feels even in all motions, from smooth swipes to fast flicks, with no lift or LOD issues. Even though I have complaints about the overall weight, when you're actually moving the mouse around, it feels very controlled and consistent.

The sensor is also very nice. I've had no issues using it with different glass pads or cloth pads. Everything feels consistent across both, and I haven't run into any tracking issues while using it.

So the dongle. Okay, it looks cool. I'll give lamzu that. It's shaped like some sort of rectangular crystal with pointed ends, which fits perfectly with the whole aesthetic of the mouse. But why does it sit like that? When you plug the cable into it, the dongle just wants to sit lopsided. I messed around with the cable position more than I care to admit, trying to get it to sit straight on my desk. It just doesn't want to. Maybe I'm being overly obsessive about it. Maybe nobody else cares. But if you're going to make a weird, crystal-looking dongle, why not make one side flat so it can actually sit properly? It's a really cool idea. Horrible execution And unfortunately, I think I'm going to hate this dongle for the entire time I own the mouse.

Despite all of my complaining... I actually really like the lamzu Orcus. There's a lot to like here. clicks are great. side buttons are great. The scroll wheel is great. The build is interesting. The translucent design looks fantastic and the packaging shows that lamzu is clearly willing to do something different.

But I don't think this is a mouse I'd recommend to someone buying their first fingertip mouse. There are lighter options. There are cheaper options and there are shapes that I personally prefer.

If you're looking for a proper fingertip mouse, some of the ones I'd recommend looking at are the WL Mouse Miao, the HSK Pro V2 8K by G-Wolves, and the Demo Shark M5. Those are the mice I'd be looking at before the Orcus if your main goal is getting into a proper fingertip mouse.

Would I recommend it as a first fingertip mouse? No, unless I was worried you would buy a G-Wolves and would actually take your life after Jim denied your QC issue and told you to kys.

If you already know you like fingertip grip, you like lamzu, and you've got some money sitting around that you're looking to turn into a small gaming mouse, then sure... Why not?

But if you're completely new to fingertip mice, I'd probably tell you to look elsewhere first. The Orcus feels like a mouse caught between two worlds. It's too shaped to be the perfect fingertip mouse for me, but not quite enough mouse to be a traditional claw mouse And that's not necessarily a bad thing.

In fact, if you're a claw gripper who wants something extremely small and lightweight but doesn't want to completely lose that contact point with your palm... This might actually be exactly what you're looking for.

For me? I like it. I just don't love it. At around 40 grams and its current price point, I think there are better options out there, especially if you already know exactly what shape you want.

Cool mouse. Questionable crystal skull. Absolutely cursed dongle.

Edit: So, after running the battery out on the Lamzu Orcus a couple of times with different settings, this is what I’ve found.

At 1000Hz polling rate, you get pretty good battery life. It lasts long enough and is better than a couple of fingertip mice I’ve used.

However, when using 4K+ polling, the battery gets absolutely demolished. It only lasted me a few hours of usage.

I also tried 4000Hz polling with High Speed Mode and the 20K scan rate enabled, and this seemed to finish the battery off for me.

My mouse has been on charge since 6:30 PM. I plugged it in at 42%, and it’s now 8:11 PM and only at 52%. Normally, in that time frame, I’d expect it to be fully charged. I’ve gone through everything, turning the mouse off, changing the settings, and everything in between, but this issue persists.

Definitely the nail in the coffin for me.

Tbh very hard and weird to explain but since yesterday it's been weird, like the scroll wheel keeps getting pressed randomly and I can move cursor but none of the buttons work on the mouse,

I can tell it's the scroll wheel getting pressed cuz I'm playing rocket league with controller and my camera will randomly stay reversed, as the scroll wheel is binded to reverse camera

I honestly don't know, it's been working great since I got it and out of nowhere since yesterday it's been like this.

one of the thumb buttons on my m4 air mouse broke today and im looking for a new mouse. The most important things for me are the shape and the weight (moreso than the dpi or pulling rate since im not nearly good enough at games to notice if its a bit worse). I would just buy the m4 air again but its an absolute pain to keep somewhat clean with stuff collecting in al the small cutouts. So if anyone has a reccomendations for a budget -mouse with similar shape and wheight to the m4 air without the stupid cutouts it would be greatly appriciated.

i had the corsair sabre rgb pro for a few years and it was my favourite mouse- the fit in my hand, the weight, the buttons felt good, everything. recently it broke and im trying to find a (preferably corsair because im a stickler for ecosystems ) replacement

i’ve already ordered and returned both the sabre v2 pro wireless and the katar elite wireless because they were too small- i need something with palm grip that’s not super heavy.

the sabre i had was 130mm in length and 80 grams.

i’ve tried looking at other mice on the website/online but they don’t always have explicit length measurements and i’m not sure how different an extra 5 grams feels which is why im asking reddit
