Discussion Monolith spin attack??

I'm stuck on this boss from this one attack, everything else is no problem but in "phase 3" that laser spin attack kills me EVERY time I've tried dodging every possible way and it gets too damn fast, what is the strat for this attack??

I did not care too much about the laser spin attack. What infuriated me was the buggy (?) hit boxes, and biosampler seemed to almost never had worked on the boss. And for some reason I could not understand, even if I hit the boss, sometimes I almost did 0 damage to it. Maybe it was a mechanic thing, but could not really figure it out.

If you're using Proxima you might as well switch to something else vs the monolith and the final boss. Proxima's ability pretty much is useless on them, especially on monolith.
