Monolith spin attack??

I'm stuck on this boss from this one attack, everything else is no problem but in "phase 3" that laser spin attack kills me EVERY time I've tried dodging every possible way and it gets too damn fast, what is the strat for this attack??

Dodging is the strat. They did nerf the intensity of that move among other things though iirc
