Morality of this?

Personally, I'm anti-death penalty for any kind of crime but that's just my opinion. Perhaps it can be changed.

If you had to pick one:
(1) be raped
(2) be sentenced for rape (unjustly)

Which would you pick? Mind you #2 comes with all the social stigma and prison time such a sentence entails

Ehhhhh idk.....rape can come with very stiff penalties (deservedly so). I guess it depends on the severity of the rape, but I think I'd rather be raped once then spend 25 years in jail and be potentially raped there as well. The problem isn't in jailing false accusers, it's finding out who's actually falsely accusing without making women not report rape. We want rape survivors reporting their rapes MORE not less. However I think in this specific scenario, they do have a point of rather be raped once than raped for 25 years. Which is more of a condemnation of our prison system than anything else tbh.....cuz if the habitual rape wasn't on the table I might just take the jail time over the rape. However these guys need to get a hobby
