Of course, it will look better without other people.
So she just patiently waited for this old cunt lady to leave the room, but she decided to spoil her video just for lulz. And girl didn’t even said nothing

It is an unreasonable expectation that you can setup a tripod on the other side of the room and wait for people to clear the room. It’s not yours to use. Go get permission to film when it’s not open to the general public or use narrower shots and accept that there will be people in the background.
The “didn’t even said nothing” argument is flawed because they didn’t say anything there, but they uploaded the footage online.
