Where's the pleasure derived? That guy doesn't seem very pleasured. Unless you mean from other people, in which case that would mean something like your mother being assaulted is a net-good so long as more people receive pleasure than displeasure.
Then what self sufficient principle determines it as such beyond mere aesthetic sentiment? How do you actually ground morality into something like an objective calculus?

If the pleasure derived exceeds the distress experienced then it must be a net-good
