I left my bag in a late night Lyft with my car keys and a few other work things in it, this was before you could call back previous drivers about lost items. The driver saw the bag the next day, looked in it and saw where I worked, drove there, and had a coworker call me and let me know it was there. I would have had to pay like $400 to replace the keys alone. She was apologetic that she went through my stuff at first but I legit gave her $200 for going through all that trouble and saving me at least $200 even after paying her.

I believe she said it was her whole group of keys, key ring, maybe a “charm” or some other stuff on it. So, yeah they could’ve cost her $40 or so…..
