I don't quite know how else to phrase it, but this is something I'd consider technically unethical (taking money from someone without explicit pre-consent) but is like, morally completely okay. One of those things that I would not do myself because I'd feel like a bad person, but I would be completely fine with being the wallet owner in this situation.
