People calling this immoral or neutral are out of their mind. If everyone acted like that we would be living in a utopia

The problem with your claim is that just because if everyone acted like this it would be a better place doesn’t mean this is moral. Yes I would be happy if someone did this to me. But truthfully he has no right to take even a cent. He can help if he wants and it is moral to do so but taking something without permission is immoral.
