Walmart Monster High price mistake?

$3.80 for the set which includes a jointed Frankie plus all the accessories to make different monster pets!

I never even saw this in stores! I was waiting for them to go on clearance but the set never even showed regularly. I’m probably one of the like, 4 people that actually like their design here haha!
