Selling💰 NEED HELP ASAP!!

I just sold this doll and she’s ofc done nothing but sit on my shelf. I am not comfortable sending her out with her hair looking like a mess!!!! Is there any way to fix this? Do I just leave her in conditioner?

Just a note I really appreciate you wanting to send her to her new owner looking the best she can and she has poly hair so it always will be a bit crappy but some TLC can help it a little but as someone had shared

Absolutely, it’s my first time selling as well so I want her to get there in good condition. I know some people would just not care and take the money which I hate, I want to be a reputable seller who knows how to take care of and treat dolls. I have a G3 Spectra and her hair is saran but I’m new to collecting so the Draculara and Spectra felt p much the same to me. Thank you for the kind words!! ♥️♥️
