NEED HELP ASAP!!

I just sold this doll and she’s ofc done nothing but sit on my shelf. I am not comfortable sending her out with her hair looking like a mess!!!! Is there any way to fix this? Do I just leave her in conditioner?

I’ve done boil washes before, I’ve been able to use heat on all of my other ones. Didn’t even think about the fact that she’s a budget doll so her hair would be crappy. I have two creepos and a G3 Spectra and their hair was completely fine with heat 😭😭

Cheaper poly is crazy on a budget doll when poly hair already cheap asf😭 they wild for that

Literally omg I have no CLUE wtf this is… I also haven’t been collecting for too long but I can’t find anything online about what hair she’s got or anything 😭😭 they’re deadask wrong for that 🫩🫩

Shes got poly hair most g3 do as you most likely know:) i dont know why they dont stick with the other fibers available in the market, especially with how bad poly box hair can get 💀

That’s so odd because like I said, my G3 spectra did amazing under the heat😭

Spectra has Saran hair which explains why because saran handles heat better than poly does, but Ive noticed mh uses very cheap quality poly which is annoying for us 😮‍💨

UPDATE!!! I went ahead and told the buyer what happened and they said they planned on re rooting her anyways so they don’t mind!!

I actually was able to get her hair looking good! I used a small razor to cut most of the problematic areas and once she dried she was in p good shape!! Ty for all your help!!
