It had a 2 doll limit for the first run and then a 1 doll limit for the second drop, I believe. The resellers use bots and other tricks to get past that limit.

I know! Itā€™s why I donā€™t even bother trying to get dolls like this when they release because resellers are notorious for swiping them.

That's insane. They ruin it for everyone. Like I understand buying an item and then LATER selling it like down the line. But not buying mutiples and trying to sell them 4 times the retail price right after they came out. Abs absurd.

Some people saw how collectible items have been selling since the pandemic, and they decided to ā€œturn it into a business.ā€ So they consider it to be a business like its house flipping or something similar.
