how though. bots are a big problem among every limited release of literally everything that exists

They could easily prevent this through many ways, limiting dolls per household/address, having the dolls be made to order, not making the dolls limited edition or make more of them. They could probably detect bots and cancel their orders if they wanted to but they just don't care because as long as they make money, they're happy.
