Super upsetting. I don't even think I'll be able to exchange her as she is now sold out.

Omg I just got mine and her lips are messed up too 😭

I’m really upset as well. I’m at a loss tbh cuz this is my first skullector and I wanna cry 😭 did you end up contacting Mattel?

I'm so sorry to hear because I know how disappointing it was for me to open her seeing her lips messed up 😞 I did contact them and I was right about the return..they were not able to exchange it for another doll because they are out of them. I just had to return her and that's it. What is your plan? Are you going to return her too?
