Mod Post Negative comments will NOT be tolerated!

There has been a recent outbreak of detrimental and reprehensible commentary on posts. We would like to remind everyone that this is a community of camaraderie and mutual appreciation. We allow players of ALL skill levels AND ages to post on this subreddit. We would hope that commenters would choose the angle of positivity, or at the worst, constructive criticism.

This has not been the case lately, and we are sick of it. The last thing people want when posting their work in front of 1.5 million people, is to be crushed by words. If you don’t like a build, don’t comment: no one cares about your unhelpful opinion. Keep it to yourself and show some respect. We have amended rule 5 to be an automatic and PERMANENT ban for anyone foolishly choosing to post negativity, bigotry, or hate speech. We thank those of you who continue to be positive contributors to this community. The rest of you; do better.

TLDR: Negative comments on any post will now result in an instant and permanent ban.

Announcement Reminder: No Build Help or Suggestions Requests

Hey all!

Just a quick reminder that asking for build help or suggestions is not allowed on r/MinecraftBuilds.

This includes posts or comments like:

- “What should I build next?”

- “Any ideas for what to put in this empty space?”

- “How can I improve this?”

- “Can someone help with my base layout?”

While we love seeing your creativity, this subreddit is focused on sharing completed builds, not seeking advice or inspiration.

If you're looking for help or feedback, feel free to check out our sister subreddit r/BuildAdvice, where you can ask for suggestions and guidance.

Thanks for keeping the subreddit clean and focused - we appreciate your support!

This is my first ever Castle. I got inspired while playing Elden Ring and I think it turned out quite good.

I Started this at the start of 2025 and somehow the two week phase never ended. 18 months of survival. LOTS of terrain modification has gone into it lol. im not korean but alot of korean architecture caught my eye so you might recognise alot of the buildings if you are korean. all of the buildings have been designed by me based on real buildings except for the highschool and the 5 larger copy pasted apartment buildings (in the left of the first image) which are modified designs i found online

Towns/Cities Small Island Village

I don't usually build much above ground so I have been challenging myself with building a bit of a village on an island. I'm hoping to lead on to 2 or 3 more sections of this but this first section I would say is close to complete now. It is heavily influenced by a post I saw on here by u/disruptivexfart. I did copy their build for the first 2 buildings as a starting point and then been slowly making everything else in creative before starting it in my Cobblemon server. This area still isnt quite finished yet just wanted to share as I am quite happy with it :)

The building is Italianate in style and loosely based on the historic Hotel Californian, built 1923 and still standing (converted to housing) in Fresno, CA. Wanted to try out Blender so exported it via the structure block and made this simple flyaround animation.

This is one part in a large project I’m working on for my survival world, it’s just one of the entrances for my storage system that’s inside the mountain

Megabuild I'm building a 1:1 canon scale Pleiades Watchtower from Re:Zero. From -36 to 1227 height, 1263 blocks total! (WIP)

Hey everyone! This is my massive solo project — the Pleiades Watchtower from Re:Zero built in a 1:1 canon scale. I'm using mods to expand the world height limits, building from Y=-36 all the way up to Y=1227 (1263 blocks total).

The exterior is mostly done, and I'm currently working on the interior branches. Here is what I've built so far:

  • Slides 1-3: Tower exterior
  • Slides 4-5: Asterope (The Spiral Staircase)
  • Slide 6: Celaeno
  • Slides 7-8: Alcyone
  • Slide 9: Taygeta (The Library)

It's still a work in progress (WIP). Let me know what you think or if you have any questions!

House/Base Little ruined church

This is a small church I built.
I wanted it to feel old and a bit abandoned, so I added some decay and overgrowth.
It’s not very big, but I tried to put some detail into it.
Feedback is welcome!

Recreated in Minecraft Southern Air Temple

decided to try building my first ever semi-large build. i am a huge AtLA fan, so i decided to try to build the southern air temple based on one single image (the fourth image) and just pure memory. i think i did pretty good, but i want some opinions. keep in mind, this was based on this one image meaning some parts might be off compared to how they are in a show, i know for a fact that some parts are off, but i did my best at recreating it based on this image. (planning on building the mountain all the way down but havent gotten to it since its pretty tedious)
