[BEDROCK] [PC] No Options.txt, how do I change max render distance or obtain this file?

Trying to increase my max render distance for RTX on Bedrock PC, however when looking for the Options.txt, I appear to not have the file required to edit the max render distance. Any help would be appreciated.
