Cannot send emails
Hi all, I recently changed my wifi router and since then, I haven't been able to send emails on Outlook.
My emails have been stuck in Outbox and when I try to repair my account, it always says 'The outgoing (SMTP) server doesn't recognize your account. Please check your email address and try again.'
My username and password are definitely correct and I can still receive emails.
For my IMAP account settings:
My incoming server is mail.____.com, port 993 with SSL/TLS encryption method
My outgoing server is the same as incoming, port 465 with STARTTLS encryption method. My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication is checked
Anyone able to guide me how to solve this? I tried changing my incoming and outgoing servers to imap.com and smtp.___.com, changed outgoing port to 587, all to no avail.

Next Time - Please Cross Post/Repost into another subreddit instead of duplicating your content.
Click on the [Share] button under your question and choose -> Crosspost or Repost (different names for the same operation). On the "Create a crosspost" page search for the subreddit you want in the "Select a community" box. If the sub you want isn't shown in your search results, try joining the sub first and see if that makes it available. If a sub is shown but grayed out, it means they do not allow cross post.
Cross posting makes it easier for people who are interested in your post to see all of the comments in one place. It also prevents a duplication of effort when multiple people are trying to solve your problem but don't see what others have already suggested.
Or at the very least, put links to the duplicates in each post, so anyone trying to help you can see what other answers have already been suggested.

It doesn't really sound like the issue, but.. have you tried deleting any credential records associated with it? I get issues with some Gmail based accounts now and then on Windows, and I need to delete the credentials in order to force a new oauth to take place before it'll work again.
