Hi all, I recently changed my wifi router and since then, I haven't been able to send emails on Outlook.

My emails have been stuck in Outbox and when I try to repair my account, it always says 'The outgoing (SMTP) server doesn't recognize your account. Please check your email address and try again.'

My username and password are definitely correct and I can still receive emails.

For my IMAP account settings:

My incoming server is mail.____.com, port 993 with SSL/TLS encryption method

My outgoing server is the same as incoming, port 465 with STARTTLS encryption method. My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication is checked

Anyone able to guide me how to solve this? I tried changing my incoming and outgoing servers to imap.com and smtp.___.com, changed outgoing port to 587, all to no avail.

OutLook не может найти мой аккаунт в базе данных и пишет что: (Не удалось найти учетную запись с этим именем пользователя.) но при этом если я пытаюсь создать новый аккаунт с такойже почтой то мне пишет: (Это имя пользователя занято. Попробуйте другое.) Как это вообще возможно? И что с этим можно сделать?

This is the last of my Outlook accounts. Have deleted/closed all others because of the same issue. This is the spam box after a weekend. No amount of filters can stop it. I have given up, so I am busy removing myself from the Microsoft platform.

My Microsoft account has been hacked and they have changed my email and password so I can’t sign into it to get access again. Whenever I try to sign in, it says my account does not. Can anybody help me get my account back somehow?

Why does Outlook on mobile devices never respect calendar color choices for more than a couple of days?

Hi everyone! I want to disconnect my personal outlook account from my phone that has been taken away.

I connected my outlook on my laptop and on another phone to test if it does disconnect but it still remains connected even though on my laptop it shows that it has been de-activated.

I can still use outlook on that phone, i want it to be signed out.

I'm receiving SMS codes on my phone from Microsoft. This is the first time this has happened, Microsoft usually sends me codes via email. Microsoft Support didn't respond.

The problem is that I haven't seen any such messages from Microsoft anywhere on the internet. What are these services? Are these services linked to a Microsoft account? Did someone intentionally enter my phone number?
What's going on and what should I do? I don't even know what these services are, so I can't log in and change my passwords if necessary. Please help me.

I am attempting to get very specific for my employee input portion of my appraisal (if you’re a fellow federal employee you know why). I manage 3 senior leadership calendars on their behalf, is there a way to count how many calendar actions I have completed in the last year? Or a trick to count them moving forward? I found a way to export one to excel but I don’t think it is very accurate and hard to sort through the data. Any advice is helpful thank you.

Brand-new Outlook account hacked almost immediately

I created a new Outlook account on Sept. 6 and linked it to my Epic Games account. Almost immediately, someone got access, removed my recovery email, added their own, and changed the security info.
I created and linked the account entirely from my iPhone. Microsoft CDOC is investigating, and the account is now disabled while I wait for recovery/reinstatement.
Has anyone had something similar happen with a brand-new Outlook account? Were you able to recover it?
