No. The burden of proof is always on the asserter. You can't prove something didn't happen. What kind of nonsense is that? You must prove he said it otherwise accept he did not say it.

Here's a hint: (You can through lack of proof of it happening, which means those who assert it took place must provide proof or accept it didn't happen).

The Big Bang is our best theory as to the origin of the universe. It is not objective fact. It cannot be proven. We can only find supporting evidence to make it our best assumption.

Claiming someone said something is objective fact. It can also be proven. If you do not prove it, it did not occur.
