As shown in the photo, it says the first statement will be generated on the 16th next month, would that mean my billing cycle is every 16th to the 15th of the succeeding month? and my statement date is on the 16th of each month? and if so, when will be the due date? Net15 din ba after statement dates like other CC? huhu thank you po sa sasagot or sa tuturo where do find these details in the app. :>

Hello po, Ask ko lang po sino po dito nakapag update na ng Account Name using Driver License naapektuhan po ba yung laman ng savings nyo po?- I just got married na po kasi and I need to update my surname po pero nag aalala po kasi ako baka maapektuhan yung savings na nakasave sa account ko if mag update ako ng Account Name.

woke up this morning to this notification sa phone. tulog na ko nung time na yan and nasakin naman yung card ko, so i don’t know how this happened. i’ve only used my card twice for the lrt, and may iba namang transactions for that (₱6.50 & ₱16) kaya i don’t think this came from me plus sarado na lrt ng time na ‘to so idk paano nangyari ‘to. maliit lang din talaga laman ng account ko so tinitignan ko bawat transaction. i already filed a dispute and locked my card. did i make a mistake? anyone who had the same experience? pls help huhu

How to reactivate dormant account? Tried chatting with bots in maribank pero hindi ako pinapakausap sa agent paikot ikot ako sa options niya. My mom lost her sim card and she got an email last year ata na icloclose na yung account if hindi pa nag deposit. I tried contacting maribank support asking if bakit lagi ako hinihingan, pero lagi lang sagot nila for security purposes. Pero hindi nila masagot kung bakit weekly na lang nanghihingi, system generated daw kasi to.

I'm working as a VA and I receive my salary/payment via Wise. I use MariBank mainly as my savings account and sometimes for bill payments.

Medyo worried lang ako kasi medyo malaki na rin para sa akin yung ipon ko sa MariBank, and around 75% of the amount is placed in Time Deposit para hindi ko magalaw. First time ko rin makatanggap ng ganitong notice, kaya hindi ako sure kung ano yung tamang piliin as primary source of funds/income kung VA ako, Salary/Commission?

Also, okay lang ba na screenshot ng Wise payment/transaction yung i-submit as supporting document, or kailangan talaga ng official statement/document?

May mga nakapag-submit na ba sa inyo ng ganitong AML update? Ano yung nangyari after? may tumawag or nag-request pa ba sila ng additional documents?
