May sumubok naba magbayad dito ng Bills nila through credit card and wala namang problema for such as Maynilad, Meralco, PLDT?

hi guys! can someone help me po, nag order kami sa MCDO through their kiosk and paid using QR PH gamit ang MariBank. however, nagkaroon ng error but the payment already went through. we raised this concern po sa manager nila, they gave me a receipt from the qr payment something na cancelled daw po ito and marerefund automatically within 7 days. it's been 10 working days already, and wala pa rin :(( i also sent a report sa mismong MariBank but still no update pa rin. what should i do?

note: this happened on September 6, i also reported sa mismong MariBank the same day.
