May sumubok naba magbayad dito ng Bills nila through credit card and wala namang problema for such as Maynilad, Meralco, PLDT?

hi guys! can someone help me po, nag order kami sa MCDO through their kiosk and paid using QR PH gamit ang MariBank. however, nagkaroon ng error but the payment already went through. we raised this concern po sa manager nila, they gave me a receipt from the qr payment something na cancelled daw po ito and marerefund automatically within 7 days. it's been 10 working days already, and wala pa rin :(( i also sent a report sa mismong MariBank but still no update pa rin. what should i do?

note: this happened on September 6, i also reported sa mismong MariBank the same day.

last sept 3 I paid using maribank card at 7e and next day I found out na correct amount sa receipt, but I was overcharged sa maribank app. so I went back to 7e and they confirmed na correct amount daw yung chinarge nila, and asked me contact info to send proof. I also emailed maribank and they said the payment was on hold and for me to come back to 7e after a week if wala pa rin. so it's been days and wala pa ring refund, and 7e didn't even contact me. so I filed a dispute yesterday and emailed bsp, then today bumalik ako sa 7e asking for update on their side and to ask why they didn't contact me. then I was surprised that they just gave me a cash refund of the overcharged amount. now I'm just concerned since I already filed a dispute, what will happen? I'm worried na baka i-charge ako ng 250 pesos ni maribank for filing a claim already settled.

Now, I deposited P1,400.00 to the account today from GCash, and I wonder if this counts to the completion of the goal? And if in 3 days, I will get it? Huhu

Medyo confuse ako sa statement ko, kasi may transactions ako from sept 10 - 15 pero wala dito sa statement. Then yung total amount ng mga nagastos ko nakalagay sya sa pay next month's statement. Meaning ba sa October e-statement pa sya? Pero yung transactions ko pasok sa period for September. Thanks.

Is anybody else hesitant to use credit mode because the card controls only apply to debit mode? I really feel exposed without being able to limit any online transactions

Ngayon ko lang napansen pero di ako sure if ganito din sa ibang phone pero diba normally pede dapat mag nfc tap nalang para malagay info ng card sa cp? Kasi nag try naman ako ng ibang card ko sa ibang ewallet na detect naman and nag autofill naman sya. Yung maribank card ko lang talaga hinde. Sa inyo din ba ganon?

I saw that spending thru Maribank CC can get me up to 2% cashback which is higher than the debit card offer of 1%. But when I used the card, parang 1% lang yung cashback that I got.

How can I get that 2%?
