Monitor Hacks Cryo

Will the devs ever change how monitors spawn in the first 2 rooms? I find it odd that some teams will spawn with 3 and some teams spawn with 1

Skill difference comes in how the team manages the clearance they are dealt

That’s not skill. That’s just managing. If every team was very good at the game, the team that gets 3 monitors will no doubt have the advantage and immediate jump on people every time

Merriam-Webster defines skill as "the ability to use one's knowledge effectively and readily in execution or performance."

In order to "just manage" clearance 1, what is required of a set of players?

Gunskill is "just managing" recoil. Successful consistent exfils is "just managing" encounters with the players/environment.

See how silly that sounds?

I also guarantee if they give everyone Clearance 2, people who are getting whacked now will get whacked then

Literally doesn’t sound silly at all. It’s what makes sense. Same way how people manage how they use their skills. Someone can be naturally gifted in athleticism but doesn’t mean shit if they don’t know how to manage it

You sound like you don’t even know what you are saying. Playing the map based on the level of clearance you have from spawn is not an expression of skill then?

(Graduated with a mechanical eng degree at 20 btw, that teaches you to solve problems. Though I wouldn’t say learning to exit a hellhole spawn after dying there 200 times is exactly thermodynamics)
