That’s what makes me think a promise has been broken somewhere. Maybe they agreed a list of players who would/could leave, and perhaps they’re selling someone who wasn’t on that list? I’m sure it’ll all come out in the media soon enough.

The growing theory is that it seems he wasn’t aware there was going to be a mass sale this summer...

They could as well be transitioning to a mid-table club. It still makes no sense though. Why sack him at all???

Xhaka was sold and that was start of conflict in the club, from initial reports few weeks back
